Today, William and I got together to revise the ball AGAIN... After trying various method in an attempt to glue plastic wrap onto the ball, we failed miserably. Then, we turned to putting the balls into small PVC(plastic) bags. We then sealed the bag with clear tape. Here is a picture of the prototype:
